You will meet your fellow graduates at several points during the selection and recruitment process. All graduates commence their employment with us in September following their graduation and begin with a three day induction course during which time you will be able to get
to know your fellow graduates.During the two year scheme you will be attending training courses with the same intake which will enable you to form firm friendships.
We expect and encourage you all to keep in touch throughout your career with us, this enables you to share experiences, offer support and encouragement and adds an element of healthy competition between you.
As well as regular training, we will arrange several graduate meetings and evenings where you can get together and swap experiences in a relaxed and informal setting.
