Having successfully completed the full graduate programme you will be invited to apply for management vacancies that may be available within the different disciplines of our business. These include the branch network, property management, client accounts, marketing and promotions, operations and procedures, customer services, corporate clients and training. These posts are based throughout our four Regions Wales and West, London City, London West, North and North East.
In addition, we are continuing to expand and open new branches every year and you can apply to help launch and manage these exciting new projects.
We expect you to be ambitious and successful and to be part of our future expansion and growth. For the right employees there are more opportunities available in their future career including the running of large flagship offices, becoming a senior manager responsible for a large successful branch along with overseeing one or more other branches, Regional Letting Partners responsible for the development and growth of areas with between 7 and 15 branches.
