- Setting annual/quarterly/monthly/weekly targets (both branch and individual)

During month 18 of Level 5 you will be given control of the branch in which you are based while the current branch manager is deployed
elsewhere within the company. During this period you will be expected to hold effective daily team meetings, set individual targets, reach
all branch targets, demonstrate your organisational and motivational skills along with all the other competencies and skills you have learnt
to date. You will be expected to at least maintain the business levels of the branch for the month but hopefully exceed them. At the end of
the month you will be required to attend the monthly Management meeting with the Regional Letting Partner and present to the group your achievements
for the month.
