    Accounts Administration Clerk
    Listed below are the objectives and qualifications required for the selected job role:
     
    Purpose
    To Provide administrative support to four credit controllers within a Sales Ledger department.
     
    Key Objectives
  • Chasing branch files thus enabling credit controllers to chase overdue accounts
     
  • Preparing documents for County Court proceedings & arranging attendance of court hearings
     
  • Sending out monthly statements and letter, invoicing as required.
     
  • Reconciling accounts
     
  • Provide holiday cover for Sales Ledger Clerks
     
     
    Experience / Qualification
  • Experience within an accounts department essential (sales ledger preferred)
     
  • Credit control advantagous but not essential
