This includes applications and databases | | | | Proactively provide ideas and solutions towards the improvement of applications and the business | | | | Provide timely functional releases so as to meet fast changing business requirements | | | | Assess risk and impact on the existing system that may arise due to any requirement or functional change | | |

| Experience / Qualification |
| Strong C# skills required (or VB.Net) | | | | Strong Microsoft SQL Server Experience (T-SQL/Stored Procedures/Triggers) | | | | OO Design Skills
| | | | Experience of SQL Reporting Services, Enterprise Services (COM+), Experience developing n-tier applications, Experience of Web Services/WSE, Experience of .NET 3.0/3.5 (Mainly WCF) is desirable | | | | You will have excellent problem solving and analytical skills with an intuitive business focused approach | | | | Successful candidates will have a friendly personality, good communication skills, be highly motivated team players and be able to learn and evaluate both existing and new cutting edge technologies | | | | Knowledge of Design Patterns and Practices and XML, XSD, XSLT is desirable
