    Accounts Assistant
    Listed below are the objectives and qualifications required for the selected job role:
     
    Purpose
    This full time position requires the successful candidate to assist the Group Finance Department, primarily in relation to the Mortgages Direct division of the business in terms of data management, allocation of cash, production of statistics, production of reports and daily administrative duties.
     
    Key Objectives
  • Data input/management of the mortgage administration system
     
  • Completion of the weekly statistics
     
  • Open post and distribute as required
     
  • Collection and chasing of information
     
  • Allocation of daily cash
     
  • Deal with queries and requests other than the telephone
     
  • General administration duties – filing, photocopying etc
     
  • Provide a high level of service to the overall company
     
     
    Experience / Qualification
  • Basic mathematical knowledge – GCSE maths or higher
     
  • Basic computer skills – Excel knowledge
     
  • Excellent telephone manner
     
  • Eager to learn
