| You will handle change requests and provide quick and efficient solutions | | | | Analyse business requirements and transform them into technical design. | | | | Source code maintenance and administer development and production environments. This includes websites and databases. | | | | Continuously monitor website and database performance | | | | Proactively provide ideas and solutions towards the improvement of the site and the business | | | | Interact with business development and marketing teams to understand the business requirements | | | | Provide timely functional releases so as to meet fast changing business requirements | | | | Assess risk and impact on the existing system that may arise due to any requirement or functional change | | |

| Experience / Qualification |
| Strong general web skills HTML/DHTML/XHTML XML/XSLT CSS EXMAScript DOM | | | | Strong C# skills required (or VB.Net) | | | | Experienced ASP.Net 2.0 developer | | | | Strong Microsoft SQL Server Experience (T-SQL/Stored Procedures/Triggers) | | | | OO Design Skills | | | | Experience of developing n-tier web applications, ASP.NET Web Services/WSE, .Net 3.0/3.5 (mainly WCF), DotNetNuke, CMS-based sites and high-profile, public sites is desirable | | | | Ability to produce technical designs and specifications from functional requirements | | | | You will have excellent problem solving and analytical skills with an intuitive business focused approach. | | | | Successful candidates will have a friendly personality, good communication skills, be highly motivated team players and be able to learn and evaluate. | | |
