Our New Business Unit generates business and income for the branches while Client Services is our ‘virtual branch’ for our network providing extended calling hours for customers. Our support teams provide the important links to financial and legal services, as well as valuations.
Using highly sophisticated voice and data communications, we are in regular contact with our customers, keeping them informed about new developments and informing them about the services we offer.
We are always looking for people with exceptional communication skills to join our expanding team, and we provide on-the-job training and one-to-one coaching, as well as undertaking quality assessment on a regular basis.
