At Spicerhaart we will ensure that you have all the tools to do your role successfully. Before you join you will receive an invite to join our fantastic learning platform so you can start your pre-boarding.

Once you have started with us you will spend your first week in a branch completing engaging activities with your manager and buddy, you will also complete some self-learning via the learning platform, this includes an introduction to our operating system Rosie, and also fun quizzes.



Every time you learn you have the opportunities to earn badges and further develop with lots of rich content including top tips from our top performers.

The second week is your classroom induction week. During this week you will learn with your peers who will have started at the same time as you. The week includes understanding people’s motivation and ‘what is your why?’.

Then we will make sure you understand the all of the legislation to which we adhere. The rest of the week is packed full of how we can support you to be the best version yourself, building relationships with your customers and helping your customers move.

We also have special guests from across our business who will join your induction and explain how their business functions will support you and your customers.
