We include a bonus booster to staff when we review how the year has gone and hold regional events. We’re aware that you may be used to working from home (WFH) and we want you to be as comfortable as possible in your role; we offer WFH schemes that include flexible working. We also ensure that you work in a safe environment and provide Covid safe working.
