Sold out development of apartments in Bristol

New apartments in Bristol

Another success haart Bristol and the Land and New Homes team who have sold a fantastic development!

Located in Kingswood, The Old Exchange is a collection of brand new one and two bedroom apartments that were available with the Help to Buy scheme. This superb development of 19 units priced from £185,000, was marketed by our brilliant in-house marketing team, using a combination of digital and offline techniques to highlight the affordability of these homes to first-time buyers wanting to get on the property ladder.

Each home within The Old Exchange is unique in outlook, layout and size. The apartments are set over two floors, with eight of the apartments benefitting from either a mezzanine bedroom or study area. Common across every apartment are the generous interiors, superb specification and stunning open plan living spaces.

The new owners of these superb homes have a variety of local shops and amenities on their door step, as well as excellent transport links into the thriving city centre of Bristol. The Old Exchange offers residents a diverse and satisfying urban lifestyle, making it a popular choice for commuters, single professionals and investors.

The Land and New Homes marketing team created highly targeted email campaigns sent to our extensive applicant database, achieving an average open rate of 26%. They also created organic social media posts across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok, which received a large amount of our awareness of the development.

The FLINKs and social media campaigns carried out for The Old Exchange earned a total of 94 leads, for the team at haart Bristol to follow up on. Our ads were carefully targeted by area, demographics and user behavior to target ‘passive’ buyers that would potentially be interested in these homes.

The sales team at haart Bristol commenced call outs to customers whose interests match the key qualities of The Old Exchange, as well as organic posts on the branch social media pages.

Regional Sales Director, Charlotte Wainwright who worked in partnership with haart Bristol to sell this development said: ‘We sold most of the units off plan! Once the show apartment had launched we sold the last few remaining through viewings.’

‘The developer built these homes to a very high standard and provided welcome packs on completion.  They were a pleasure to work for.’

This was a great success for Spicerhaart Land and New Homes, as well as haart estate agents in Bristol. Whose combined efforts saw another fantastic development in the area sold!
