Top talent appointed at Land and New Homes

Spicerhaart’s specialist Land and New Homes team has made four new senior appointments, as it continues its mission to be the first-choice agent for developers.

Russell Davis, John Munday and Mark Alvis have been appointed as Divisional Sales Directors while Carlos Hernandez has become a Regional Sales Director.

Russell adds East London (Metro) to his areas of responsibility after overseeing Essex operations for the past two years. He is looking forward to using his extensive connections with developers across the South-East to grow the business.

He said: “I’ve always enjoyed building and maintaining relationships with developers, who often work across areas in both Essex and East London.”

Meanwhile, John is now responsible for South London, North Hampshire and parts of Herefordshire, while continuing to manage Middlesex and offices along the M4 corridor. He relishes the challenge of managing several regions and aims to grow South London with a focus on new homes.

He said: “There are lots of opportunities in South London for haart. I’m so confident of it that I’m pre-emptively looking to expand our sales teams!”

Mark has more than 25 years in the industry and will be responsible for covering the whole of East Anglia, extending the area he covered as Regional Sales Director to include counties along the east coast.

He said: “I’m looking forward to raising our profile and developing our customer and staff services, using my experience and knowledge to help drive this growth.”

Carlos has taken on the role of Regional Sales Director in the North-West, covering Staffordshire, Cheshire, Warwickshire and the West Midlands for butters john bee.

He said: “It’s always been an industry in my family. My Spanish father was very involved with the development of southern Tenerife and my English mum also worked as an estate agent, so our bilingual home was always full of property talk!”
