Spicerhaart's new director appointments
Over the last few months we have been busy appointing new directors of Estate Agency, New Homes and also for the new Partnership structure. With the new structure in place to support the new partnership structure Spicerhaart have appointed EA Directors, Partnership Directors and a New Homes Director. While we have promoted from within for some of the positions, there are some new recruits we have introduced to the team as well.

Spicerhaart is launching a partnership programme across the estate agency group brands in an exciting new branch and Partnership structure. As part of the structure there will be local Property Centres in place to support the partnership structure.

Developers Wavensmere Homes are investing £150 million in re-developing the Derby city centre site, named after the nurse Florence Nightingale, who was an adviser on the redesign and management of the hospital in the 1860s.
