Our dedicated Land and New Homes marketing team created a successful marketing plan for Hayfield Place, which resulted in earning a considerable amount of leads for the New Homes Sales team to follow up on. The team sent out a series of planned highly targeted email campaigns to our extensive applicant database, achieving an average open rate of 40%, well above industry average.

Using our unique FLINK technology, we ran dedicated lead generating campaigns across multiple social media ads. The ads were carefully targeted by area, demographics and user behavior to target potential buyers interested in these high quality homes. The marketing team also posted organic social media content and distributed them across our network of social channels including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.

Our in-house design team utilized their creative tools to produce eye catching print collateral such as window cards, pull up banners and leaflets to generate lots of awareness to the public visiting our branches. The sales team at haart Stopsley arranged appointments to attend the multiple events held at Hayfield Place, including the Spring Homes, Help-to-Buy event and the launch of its new show home. Every event was a huge success and resulted in lots of interest and property reservations.
