Our team also posted organic social media content across our network of channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn as well as using our FLINK technology to create ads aimed at potential untapped buyers.
A single FLINK campaign carried out for A+ achieved a fantastic total of 48 leads, for our new homes sales team and haart Hayes to follow up on. Using a carefully selected target area and handpicked demographic these ads were aimed at ‘passive’ buyers that aren’t necessarily looking to move or actively searching on the property portals. We needed to set a tight criteria to ensure we generated quality leads for proceedable buyers that are eligible for the shared ownership scheme.
The fantastic sales team at haart Hayes commenced regular call out sessions to customers whose interests match the key qualities of A+, and arranged appointments to attend the launch event which took place in June 2020. The launch day was a huge success and allowed customers to visit the development for the first time and take a look around the beautiful marketing suite, that was equipped with bespoke displays and literature showcasing the high specification and floorplans of each of the apartments on offer, in anticipation of the official release of the show apartment which came later on in the year.
