The Spicerhaart Land and New Homes team have successfully sold an outstanding development in Bristol. Using a combination of an effective marketing strategy and the expertise from the Land and New Homes sales team, all ten units sold off plan and 50% sold within the first two weeks.

Spicerhaart appointed selling agents for Hayfield Park Scheme
Spicerhaart are delighted to have been appointed by Hayfield as the selling agent on the £31m Hayfield Park scheme, located in the village of Bromham. The 10.4-acre scheme will comprise of 80 eco-efficient homes and is the multi-award winning housebuilder's third development within Central Bedfordshire.
John grows his territory as new Divisional Sales Director
The newest Divisional Sales Director at Spicerhaart Land and New Homes, John Munday, will be taking on new territories as part of his role. As well as the Middlesex and M4 area that he oversaw as Regional Sales Director, he will now be responsible for the Land and New Homes division in South London, North Hampshire and Hertfordshire.
